Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels by adhering to procedures concerning processing rotation, returns, pricing, and selling.
• Attractively display merchandise for customers.
• Use merchandise, fixtures, decorative items, and other available means to enhance the sales area and create an attractive shopping environment.
• Adequately clean the store before it opens for business.
• Train store employees to provide pleasant and polite customer service.
• Promote a positive relationship between customers and donors.
• Handle customer and donor complaints politely and fairly.
• Ensure all customers have equal access to available merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
