Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new AI algorithms and models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers
• Contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives within the organization
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders and participate in decision-making processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in AI research and development
• Proven track record of successful project leadership and delivery
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and other programming languages
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

$100,000 - $120,000 annually
