About the role
The Store Manager role is located at Triangle Town Center within the Triangle area of Raleigh, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Drive and guide all aspects of the customer experience and store operations
- Identify, develop and lead talent and teaching for the store team

Qualifications
- Essential Qualifications: Three to five years previous store management experience including responsibility for annual sales volume of $3 million plus; proven ability to increase sales and store profitability; proven ability to network, recruit, interview, train, develop and promote associates; ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds; ability to travel periodically
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous retail experience preferred; ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and supervisors; demonstrated sales accountability; collaborative, respectful team member; ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once
