What You’ll Do

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile
• Aid Store Manager in building and developing a strong store team
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure product levels are full
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs
• Operate the cash register in an efficient manner
• Assist Store Manager in overseeing quality control, merchandising, safety programs, and other guidelines for successful food service operation
• Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Store Manager or District Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Education: High School or GED
• Preferred Education: Minimum 1 year retail or food experience
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory
• Soft Skills: Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members, high energy, ability to move from one activity to another quickly, team-oriented, willing to give extra effort to help others, computer skills helpful

Scheduling

• This position is full-time
• Involves working a variety of hours, day and night
• Weekend & Holiday hours are required
• Hrs & Conditions: Full-time – 40 regular hours maximum with 5 hours overtime required
• Travel: 5%

Physical Requirements

• Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip
• Work in cooler (cold temperatures)
