Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team to do their best
• Help the store reach its goals while giving great customer service
• Maintain high visual standards to create an inspiring and easy-to-navigate customer journey
• Recruit, train and develop team members to set them up for success
• Collaborate with senior leaders and other teams to help shape the store’s growth

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team
• Confidence handling daily retail operations and supporting others
• Focus under pressure and know how to hit goals
• Build strong connections and bring out the best in their team
• Enjoy being on the shop floor, leading by example and creating a great customer experience

• Starting salary of £30,000 - £34,000 with a yearly bonus of up to £4,395
