Store Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Store Manager who can bring the fandom to life. Your responsibilities include leading the store to achieve sales targets, recruiting and retaining a passionate team, creating buzz and customer engagement, and managing operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store achieves sales plan and/or comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a super collaborative and passionate team
• Create and maintain a buzz through social media, store web applications, and clienteling
• Lead an operationally sound business with a balance of structure, delegation, and customer-first selling practices
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors affecting business
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy towards hitting sales targets
• Merchandise the store compellingly, leveraging planograms, and launching promotions on time
• Build a bench of equally talented, passionate staff through mentorship, recognition, and feedback

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Open-minded and inquisitive about pop culture fandoms and trends
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
