Responsibilities

    • Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain management and associate talent
    • Create sustainable talent strategies that support team and company growth
    • Recruit, select, and manage a diverse range of associates and leaders
    • Invest time in continuous training and development opportunities for self and others
    • Inspire and motivate a team to deliver results through clear and concise feedback and coaching
    • Foster a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates

    • Drive total store sales and understand your role in sales growth and profitability
    • Build and lead a guest-centric culture across the store
    • Utilize guest survey reporting tools to drive change in key areas impacting guest experience
    • Champion credit and loyalty programs, ensuring the team can inform, educate, and promote benefits
    • Guide operational accuracy, process, and workload efficiency
    • Execute store merchandising direction and standards, including product flow, inventory flexing, and signage
    • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Talented in coaching, training, and engaging associates with varying levels of experience
  • Ability to build rapport, trust, and communicate clearly to enhance growth and job performance
  • Capability to interpret and apply company procedures and policies
  • Proficient with Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software
  • Works well both independently and within a team environment
  • Establish goals, guide employee performance, and hold self and others accountable to high standards
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years minimum of management experience preferred
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team-building skills
  • Willingness to work varying hours and schedules, including mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands

  • Adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds
  • Full body rotation and mobility (e.g., bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching)
  • Possess reliable transportation
