About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, ensuring each customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will manage store operations, maintain budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals
• Oversee all store operations
• Control expenses and manage inventory
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets
• Maintain safety and security rules and procedures
• Manage staff to ensure they follow safety and security rules and procedures
• Manage store assets to ensure they are maintained and protected
• Ensure the store looks its best

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Pasion for all things hair and beauty
