About the role

At Sally Beauty, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, on a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. As a Store Manager, you will bring leadership, talent, and experience to a team‑oriented, dynamic environment, managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives an unforgettable, custom‑fit experience. You will oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales, manage inventory, protect customers, associates and store assets by enforcing safety, security and company policies, and keep the store looking its best.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team
• Ensure each customer receives a great, custom‑fit experience
• Oversee all store operations with emphasis on budget, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
• Cosmetology license is a plus (not required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for all things hair and beauty
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, and occasional irritant chemicals or fumes/odors
