About the role
The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Control expenses
- Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control
- Staff, set up, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Flexible schedule
- Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail management experience required
Qualifications
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be comfortable with seasonal merchandise and operations
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage inventory and finances
- Experience with seasonal retail operations
