About the role
We are looking for an organized and efficient person to join our Kid to Kid store management team. You will learn the resale and franchise business from the ground up with responsibility for training and motivating the store team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software
- Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
- Manage our team of 8-10 people
- Create outstanding customer experiences with a long-term perspective on business growth.

Pay
$45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate would be excited to take a hands-on approach to learn the entire business model -- including buying product, managing the inventory, merchandising, social media marketing, and helping to lead a team of 8-10 people to provide exceptional customer service for the thousands of families who buy, and sell their outgrown kids stuff.
Skills
We are looking for someone who can take a playbook and follow guidelines to implement all our franchise systems.
