About the Role

Town Pump is seeking a motivated and outgoing Store Maintenance member to join our growing team. This role offers opportunities for career growth within our expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist store cashiers as needed.
• Perform mechanical operations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Handle housekeeping duties both inside and outside the store, including landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal.
• Ensure store security and assist clerks or managers as required.
• Repair, grease, clean, and test fuel pumps and associated equipment, including refrigeration, HVAC systems, and control systems.
• Practice safe procedures in repairs and tool handling, wearing protective clothing and personal protective equipment.
• Clean and paint buildings, sidewalks, fuel islands, and maintain property upkeep.
• Maintain and repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics.
• Replace lamps and ballasts, and ensure proper lighting maintenance.
• Commit to keeping the store operational, including coming in as needed and interacting with the public to provide exceptional customer service.
