Responsibilities

• Customer service
• Mechanical operation
• Repairs
• Housekeeping inside and outside the store
• Store security
• Auxiliary assistance to store cashiers
• Repair, grease, clean, and test fuel pumps and associated equipment
• Grease, clean, and test refrigeration, HVAC systems, and control systems
• Clean and paint buildings, sidewalks, fuel islands, etc.
• Handle building and property upkeep including landscaping and trash and snow removal
• Exposure to cold and other outdoor weather conditions
• Manage and maintain use or repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics
• Maintain lights including lamp and ballast replacement
• Maintain the store running as needed
• Interact with the public providing exceptional customer service
• Auxiliary assistance to clerks or managers

Qualifications

• $17.00 /HR wage
• Flexible schedule
• Exposure to cold and other outdoor weather conditions
• Knowledge of fuel pumps, refrigeration, HVAC systems, and control systems
• Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals and schematics
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as cleaning, painting, and lifting
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
