Responsibilities

  • Address and maintain organization of all fixtures, fixturing, and sign holders
  • Maintain aisles for associates to walk down
  • Address and maintain sold and paid areas
  • Call customers if the product has been in S&P for 7 days past the pick-up date
  • When applicable, fixturing may be transferred to and from offsite storage locations
  • Sort pallets onto U-boats
  • Consistently check the freight room throughout the day for any product that needs to be brought up
  • Notify applicable associates (SSM, Merchandisers, ASLs) before transporting freight to the various departments
  • Firearms are to be transported to the gun room immediately upon arrival
  • Cook with the support team for assistance if an area receives a large quantity of freight
  • Work to clear the freight room of all pallets each evening
  • Clock in 10 minutes early to work and meetings
  • Coordinate scheduling with Shop Managers and support for builds/moves
  • Establish product-clearing expectations before the date of the event
  • Complete ownership of all wall-building materials on 1st level

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Ideal candidates will have a minimum of a High School diploma, or General Education Degree (GED), one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements

  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Lift 100 pounds.
  • Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.
