As a Store Leader, you’ll drive results through people and performance, leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving profitability. You’ll ensure a relentless focus on customer satisfaction through engaging in-store interactions while planning and prioritizing daily operations to achieve topline results and manage expenses effectively. By fostering team talent, implementing new processes, and coaching future leaders, you’ll build a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders in setting and maintaining sales, customer service, and visual merchandising goals and standards for all associates.
- Guide, align, and communicate store business goals as well as the company mission, goals, and initiatives to all store associates.
- Establish, communicate, and manage critical metrics and expectations within the store, including sales, visual standards, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll, scheduling budgets, and training.
- Conduct weekly walkthroughs with Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to establish priorities and set direction for the store.
- Achieve established goals, identify and analyze problems, and offer solutions that produce positive results.
- Coach Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to create individual development plans for all team associates.
- Address all associate relations-related issues effectively, escalating sensitive issues to the Area/Regional Leader as needed.
- Communicate regularly with area/regional management and actively participate in meetings and conference calls.
- Encourage collaboration, cooperation, and co-ownership across all business channels.
- Promote teamwork by working safely, effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all associates.
- Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service.
- Model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company in all communications.
- Spend significant time on the sales floor interacting with customers, observing operations, coaching, and assisting as needed.
- Serve as the Leader on Duty multiple times a week, ensuring smooth store operations and supporting hourly team members and leaders across departments.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 3+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems, and tablet devices.
