About the role
The Role at Tailored Brands involves managing a team of sales associates in a retail environment. You will be responsible for training, motivating, and supervising the sales team to achieve store goals.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop sales associates to enhance customer service and sales performance.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail setting.

- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
