Store Integration Project Specialist
About the role
The candidate will be primarily responsible for the execution of new member conversion and integration projects, including planning, scheduling and managing the on site tagging process, as well as coordinating the data conversion process with the Data Specialists and POS providers. Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision; must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask; must be resourceful in solving problems. This position requires a strong knowledge of Access, Excel, Microsoft applications and Adobe Acrobat.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating the process of converting new member stores to Do it Best Group.
- Plan, manage and implement conversion and integration projects using the tools available.
- Schedule and manage the on-site crew, be available to the crew, TSM and member for consultation throughout the process.
- Serve as key contact for a new member throughout their conversion/onboarding process to answer questions relating to the update of the POS, tagging process and troubleshooting issues that may arise.
- Work with Store Integration Coordinators to ensure that equipment and supplies are ordered and shipped appropriately.
- Aid the Retail Technology and Member Data Specialist teams with any data issues related to the conversion process.
- Support the Integration Program Supervisor on any special assignments or projects, as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated familiarity with using standard business computer applications (Access, Excel, Microsoft applications).
- Ability and willingness to develop data analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Desired Demonstrated skills in data analysis.
- Understanding of POS data/operation.
- Previous project management experience.
- Previous Retail experience.
