Store Hospitality Associate Trainee

Responsibilities

• Ensure personalized, fast, and friendly service experiences for every customer.
• Prepare food and beverages, and transact customer purchases.
• Adhere to safety regulations and established build guides.
• Follow state and/or federal age-restricted sales laws.
• Replenish and stock inventory.
• Maintain and clean food prep and storage areas.
• Process customer purchases.
• Clean store facilities.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Successfully complete a four-phase training program, including ServSafe Food Handler online certification and age-restricted sales training.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
• Prior experience in food service and knowledge of USDA, state, federal, and/or local food agency guidelines is preferred.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have a passion for creating memorable service experiences.
• Be able to solve basic mathematical calculations.
• Be unwaveringly honest and have integrity.
• Have a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Be able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Be adaptable to change.
• Be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to lift moderate amounts of weight with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Be excited to work as part of a team.
• Be effective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available. Year-round schedule availability is required to be considered for employment.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.
