About the role

The Store Floor Lead at Sur La Table is responsible for managing the store floor to ensure a high level of customer service and product presentation. This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the store floor to ensure a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for customers.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Train and supervise store associates to enhance their skills and knowledge of products.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall store goals and objectives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
