Store Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented design professional to help shape original retail environments and fixture concepts that support brand excellence and enhance the consumer experience. Our team is looking for someone who can translate ideas into compelling presentation materials, collaborate across functions, and contribute to innovative store design solutions with strong visual impact.

Responsibilities

• Create original 3D retail design solutions and develop concepts that support retail business goals and consumer experience.
• Communicate and present design concepts to team members, leadership, and directors with clear supporting materials.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that require both independent work and team coordination.
• Apply design thinking across color, texture, spacing, scale, storytelling, and environment to elevate brand design experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Interior, or Environmental Design.
• 8+ years of Architectural design, Interior, and Environmental Design experience with demonstrated ability to elevate brand excellence.
• High level of expertise using design or CAD software/technology including SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Must have an up-to-date portfolio for review and the ability to communicate and present design concepts to all levels of management.
• Knowledge of trends influencing design in general and the retail industry specifically, with retail design industry/environments and fixture design experience preferred.
• Experience managing electronic files and libraries for use by multiple parties, plus the ability to handle multiple work priorities, demands, and changes.
