About the role

As a Store Design Project Manager, you'll lead the planning and execution of retail store projects from concept to completion, including remodels, fixture updates, graphics, and facility enhancements, while ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and brand standards. Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of retail store projects, managing scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables from initial concept through project completion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
• Manage vendor relationships, including bid processes, contract negotiations, performance oversight, and cost management to achieve high-quality results
• Drive project communication by providing updates, presentations, documentation, and reporting that keep leadership and stakeholders informed of progress and key decisions
• Enhance the in-store and employee experience by partnering with merchandising, brand, and operational teams to implement fixtures, graphics, displays, and facility improvements
• Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and cost savings through effective project management practices, site evaluations, and creative problem-solving

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of ongoing project management that includes being in charge of multiple projects and timelines, coordinating people, details, and action plans
• A basic working knowledge of construction trades and practices as it relates to building operation and processes
• Able to read, understand, and red-line construction documents and fixture shop drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Experience with project management and tracking software tools (e.g., MS Planner or similar platforms)
• Experience with 3D imaging or modeling tools (e.g., Ricoh Theta, Matterport) preferred
• Ability to work night, weekend, and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Must be flexible with work schedule
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) along with 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp or Rhino
