Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas quickly and courteously to hungry customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.
- Process telephone orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Perform repetitive tasks, work independently or with others, and maintain quality control standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including making correct change.
- Stock ingredients, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
- Use computer systems, touch screens, and foot-pedals for order management.
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with Domino’s and Team Dynamic image standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and one year of driving history.
- Must have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
- Must pass a criminal background check and meet company-specific Motor Vehicle Record standards.
- Strong navigational skills, including the ability to read maps and locate addresses.
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately.
- Comfortable working under stress, making ethical decisions, and coordinating with coworkers and customers.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for the majority of your shift, with tasks performed from a standing position.
- Walk on various surfaces, including ceramic tile and linoleum.
- Lift and stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Unload bulk product deliveries two to three times per week.
- Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs.
- Use hand-eye coordination for tasks like shaping dough, maneuvering pizza peels, and folding boxes.
