Store Customer Service Specialist - Part Time

About the role

This part-time position involves working at a retail store, providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.

Responsibilities

• Process sales accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product displays, stock, and overall store cleanliness.
• Support delivery and inventory tasks as needed.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
• Uphold safety and confidentiality standards in all interactions and tasks.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail or customer service experience (preferred).
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (preferred).
