Job Overview

Looking for a fun first job (or a flexible one that fits school, sports, and life)? eegee’s Store Crew members are the heart of our stores — especially in our fast-moving drive-thru. You’ll help create great guest experiences, prep delicious food and drinks, and keep the store clean and running smoothly. No experience needed — we’ll train you!

What You’ll Do

• Become a Level 1 member and master all things eegee’s production and fries with great attention to detail and quality.
• Become an expert sandwich builder focusing on speed and accuracy as a Level 2 member.
• Create one of a kind guest experiences while mastering your order taking skills as a Level 3 member.
• Take your skills to the next level as a high-energy drive thru expert as a Level 4 member.
• Become a Shift Leader by bringing your skills full circle as a Level 5 member.

Minimum Requirements

• A friendly, positive attitude — being nice matters here!
• A willingness to learn and try new things.
• The ability to handle more than one task at a time (especially during busy drive-thru rushes).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills (nothing scary — just counting change and quantities).
• The ability to follow recipes and food safety rules.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and moving for most of your shift (breaks included).
• Working around hot equipment, cold freezers, and loud noises.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Using your hands, arms, and legs a lot — bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout your shift.
• Staying focused and alert in a fast-paced environment.
