Job Overview
Looking for a fun first job (or a flexible one that fits school, sports, and life)? eegee’s Store Crew members are the heart of our stores — especially in our fast-moving drive-thru. You’ll help create great guest experiences, prep delicious food and drinks, and keep the store clean and running smoothly. No experience needed — we’ll train you!
What You’ll Do
- Become certified at different levels, each with a pay increase and commemorative pin.
- Master all things eegee’s production and fries with great attention to detail and quality.
- Become an expert sandwich builder focusing on speed and accuracy.
- Create one of a kind guest experiences while mastering your order taking skills.
- Take your skills to the next level as a high-energy drive thru expert.
- Become a Shift Leader and bring your skills full circle.
Minimum Requirements
- Guest service skills (experience is a plus, but not required).
- A current Food Handler’s Card.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and moving for most of your shift (breaks included).
- Working around hot equipment, cold freezers, and loud noises.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Using your hands, arms, and legs a lot — bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout your shift.
- Staying focused and alert in a fast-paced environment.
