Store Crew

About the Role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with both full- and part-time possibilities to fit your schedule. Duties include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and—if the position is foodservice-specific—food prep and foodservice safety. The role also offers camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making coffee.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Positive attitude.
• No prior cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience required.
