About the role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules designed to fit your life. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and some foodservice tasks such as food prep and foodservice safety. The role offers camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers.

No prior experience is required—if you have a positive attitude, our training programs will prepare you to excel.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making customer-favorite items like coffee.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote our rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$15.00 - $20.10 hourly (range applicable for jobs performed in this state).
