About the role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry‑level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. The role includes cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and for foodservice‑focused positions, food preparation and foodservice safety. You’ll enjoy camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and process fuel transactions
• Perform cleaning and stocking duties
• Prepare food and follow foodservice safety guidelines (where applicable)
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to keep the store customer‑ready
• Promote the rewards loyalty program
• Multi‑task, stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lb

Qualifications

• Positive attitude; prior cashier, customer service, retail or foodservice experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation (including making coffee)
• Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the rewards program
• Ability to follow health‑code guidelines
• Ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 lb
