About the role
Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. Duties include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and some foodservice positions involve food prep and foodservice safety. The role offers camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
- Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making coffee.
- Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
- Follow proper health code guidelines.
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Ability to follow health code guidelines and handle food safely.
- Capability to handle cash and fuel transactions accurately.
- Physical ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is helpful but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Training programs are provided to prepare you for the role.

Pay
$18.00 - $24.12 hourly (range applicable for jobs performed in this state).
