About the role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry‑level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. The role includes cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking, with some food‑service positions specifically tasked with food preparation and food‑service safety. No prior cashier, customer service, retail, or food‑service experience is required; training programs will prepare you to excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process fuel transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise.
• Prepare food items and ensure food‑service safety, including making coffee.
• Promote and enroll customers in the rewards loyalty program.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and desire to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
• Excellence in cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Ability to follow health‑code guidelines.
• Capability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
