About the role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and some foodservice positions specifically tasked with food prep and foodservice safety. The role offers camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making coffee.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required; cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is a plus.
• Commitment to training and development programs provided by 7-Eleven.

Pay

$11.50 - $15.41 hourly (range may vary by state).
