Store Crew

About the role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. As one would expect, cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking are part of the role, with some foodservice positions specifically tasked with food prep and foodservice safety. You’ll experience camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making customer-favorite coffee.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote our rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Ability to follow health code guidelines and handle food safely.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is great but not required. Training will be provided.

Pay

$11.00 - $14.74 hourly (range may vary by state).
