About the role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. Duties include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and foodservice tasks such as food prep and food safety. The role offers camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making coffee
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
• Follow health code guidelines
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• No prior experience required; cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is a plus
• Commitment to training and development

Pay

$16.00 - $21.44 hourly (range applicable for jobs performed in this state at the time of posting).
