Store Coach
Overview
The Restaurant Supervisor Lead is the second in command on the store leadership team. They lead, coach, and develop the skills of Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while learning restaurant operations side by side with the General Manager. The role involves setting the tone for the team, embracing MOD's inclusive culture, and managing various responsibilities including cash handling, addressing concerns, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Create positive vibes and a welcoming atmosphere for both Squad Crew and customers
- Set and sustain the tone of the shift, keeping the energy high
- Listen, acknowledge, and resolve any Squad Crew and/or customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary
- Manage shift duties checklists and address/escalate any equipment malfunctions
- Focus on the growth and well-being of the Squad and celebrate wins
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience coaching, teaching, and inspiring others
- Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards; correcting and coaching in a compassionate manner
- Customer service skills and a proven ability to remain calm and focused
Compensation and Benefits
$22.17/hour when combining hourly wage of $17.45 and average tips of $4.72/hour earned at this location!
