Store Cleaning and Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Operate the scrubber and buffer
• Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting
• Spot cleaning glass and windows
• Maintain floor care cleanliness standards
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Adhere to company Health and Safety policies (including refilling essential items in Lounge, Restrooms, Front End)
• Cross‑train to work in multiple store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.)
• Support Front End coverage needs
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor buffer and scrubber
• Capable of multi‑tasking
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; listens and responds appropriately
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Standout colleague who works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred

Pay

Starting pay range: USD $15.25 to $15.75 per hour; actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
