About the role

A Part-Time Läderach Store Associate is a brand ambassador, passionate about providing a wonderful shopping experience for Läderach customers. The ideal candidate is a chocolate-lover with vibrant energy and a welcoming personality who enjoys a dynamic retail environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, as well as a positive environment for the in-house team
• Ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
• Execute product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and in-shop order fulfillment
• Assist store sales goals through helpful recommendations
• Help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards
• Follow merchandising and food safety protocols
• Support store managers with visual merchandising set-up and other store-related projects

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Reliability and flexibility with scheduling based on store needs
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
• Passion for chocolate

Physical Requirements

• Physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (e.g., restocking or reorganizing displays)
• Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized
• May be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays
• Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching
• Ability to lift 15–40 pounds
