Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout, suggesting additional products, and addressing guest concerns with urgency.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Ensure food and beverage items are available and up to quality standards, maintain cleanliness in food prep areas, and follow all safety regulations.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out by completing regular cleaning tasks.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.
