Cash Handling

• Accurately processing payments (cash, credit, debit)
• Balancing drawers
• Ensuring accurate cash control

Store Maintenance

• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Cleaning
• Stocking shelves
• Ensuring proper merchandise presentation

Other Duties

• Sales Associates may be required to perform other tasks such as receiving deliveries, assisting with food preparation (in some foodservice positions), or completing shift worksheets

Specific Tasks

• Operating the cash register and scanning items
• Bagging groceries
• Helping customers locate products
• Answering customer questions and resolving issues
• Preparing food items (in some foodservice positions)
• Checking in merchandise deliveries
• Assisting with stocking and rotating merchandise

• Completing shift worksheets and other paperwork
