Store Associate - Macon

About the role

At Xhale City, we're revolutionizing the smoke and vaping industry since 2011 and we're looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast, friendly, and excellent customer service while being a subject matter expert on our products.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and excellent customer service
• Sell based on the needs of the customers
• Keep the store clean and clutter-free
• Restock shelves
• Stay up to date on all new products offered in our stores

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older, some states require 21 years of age
• Previous retail experience in a similar industry is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with products within our industry a plus

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A reliable person that wants to have an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced and growing company
