About the role

At Xhale City, we revolutionize the smoke and vaping industry since 2011 and are now expanding nationwide. We seek passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast, friendly, and excellent service while being a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and excellent customer service.
• Sell based on the needs of the customers.
• Keep the store clean and clutter-free.
• Restock shelves.
• Stay up to date on all new products offered in our stores.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older, some states require 21 years of age.
• Previous retail experience in a similar industry is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with products within our industry is a plus.
• A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• A reliable person willing to grow in a fast-paced and growing company.
