Store Associate

Position Overview Join our team as a Retail Store Associate to help feed local communities through efficient store operations and outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, cleaning, and rotating products. Ensure food safety and sanitation in accordance with policies and regulations. Resolve pricing discrepancies to minimize shrinkage. Operate and maintain equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scanners. Assist other departments and participate in store promotions as needed. Perform additional duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills Retail knowledge and customer service skillsAbility to differentiate products and provide courteous servicePhysical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and perform repetitive tasksBasic reading and comprehension skillsExperience in a retail setting preferred but not required Key Attributes Attendance, initiative, productivity, safety awareness, and strong work ethic
