The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health plays a significant role in shaping a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience. You'll work in a leading retail setting, providing differentiated customer service, and supporting various departments like photo and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Focus on the customer with a warm greeting and assistance with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information.
• Support opening and closing store activities, when needed.
• Offer customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements: Remaining upright on the feet, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly.
• Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspections involving small parts/details.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
