About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You'll work closely with customers, supporting various departments and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and meet customer needs through attentive service and helpfulness
• Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor in all interactions
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, and update pricing information as directed
• Support store operations by assisting with opening and closing activities
• Provide customer support across different departments, ensuring product availability and service updates
• Work in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity: close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills
