The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health plays a significant role in shaping a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience. You'll work in a leading retail setting, providing differentiated customer service, managing cash transactions, and supporting various departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential issues.
• Focus on the customer by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities, when needed.
• Offer customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational, and stay current with new services and tools.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and career development.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support the mission of helping people on their path to better health.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and negligible amounts of force regularly.
• Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspections involving small parts/details.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred but not required.

Skills
