Responsibilities
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster a positive shopping experience by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product selection.
- Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, managing inventory, and supporting departmental needs.
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
- Offer assistance to pharmacy staff and participate in regular pharmacy shifts for growth and development.
- Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that enhance health and wellness.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to remain upright on the feet for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly.
- Good visual acuity for tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also beneficial.
