About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide differentiated customer service, focusing on the customer, and supporting various departments within the store.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with warmth and care
• Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
• Support opening and closing store activities
• Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
• Work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of career development opportunities
• Advocate for and assist with new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• Physical requirements: Standing for sustained periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
• Visual acuity: Close visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

Pay
