About the role

Store Associates are the face of our brand, working at a fast pace to create and deliver the best frozen custard while providing exceptional customer service. This hands-on position is key to the Andy’s experience, serving customers in the Dallas, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Orlando areas and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality frozen custard and treats in a fast-paced environment
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests
• Uphold high operational standards and lead by example
• Operate point-of-sale systems and fountain equipment
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 55 pounds, and using ladders or stairs
• Work in various weather conditions, including outdoors

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform repetitive motions
• Comfort with constant computer, register, and fountain equipment usage
