A Store Associate is a vital part of the Andy’s team and the face of our brand. This individual works at a fast pace, creating and delivering high-quality frozen desserts while providing exceptional customer service. Store Associates play a key role in delivering the full Andy’s experience to guests in Dallas, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Orlando, and beyond.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor
• Ability to lead by example and uphold high operational standards in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks in a customer-facing role (not an office job)

Physical Requirements

• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely
• Occasional use of ladders, stairs, or ramps
• Constant use of computers, point-of-sale registers, and fountain equipment
• Frequent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine
• Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area
• Constant talking and clear communication with guests and staff
• Constant clarity of vision at near and far distances
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• Constant standing and walking
