Store Associate

About the role

Store Associates are the face of our brand, working at a fast pace to create and deliver the best frozen custard while providing exceptional customer service. This hands-on position is key to the Andy’s experience in Dallas, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Orlando, and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic manner
• Uphold high operational standards in a fast-paced environment
• Perform tasks requiring constant standing, walking, and movement around the store
• Occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry up to 55 pounds safely and independently
• Use point-of-sale registers, computers, and fountain equipment
• Work outside in various weather conditions

Requirements

• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
• Must lead by example and maintain high operational standards
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds
• Occasional use of ladders, stairs, or ramps
• Constant use of computers, point-of-sale registers, and fountain equipment
• Frequent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine
• Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area
• Constant talking and verbal communication
• Constant clarity of vision at near and far distances
