Store Associate

About the role

Store Associates are the face of our brand, working at a fast pace to create and deliver the best frozen custard while providing exceptional customer service. This role is a large part of the entire Andy’s experience, serving customers in the Dallas, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Orlando areas and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality frozen custard treats in a fast-paced environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Uphold high operational standards and lead by example
• Operate point-of-sale registers and fountain equipment
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 55 pounds), and reaching
• Work in various weather conditions, including outdoors

Requirements

• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic
• Must lead by example and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely
• Occasional use of ladders, stairs, or ramps
• Constant use of computers, point-of-sale registers, and fountain equipment
• Frequent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine
• Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area
• Constant verbal communication and clarity of vision at near and far distances
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
